Leadership Journey
Kimberly Jones, the Chief Executive Officer, brings a wealth of experience garnered from senior leadership roles at internationally acclaimed corporate brands. With an impressive 20+ years in the HR industry, Kimberly's journey includes transformative tenures at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems, GE Aviation, Raytheon, Honda, Nationwide, Servicon Systems, and University of California - Irvine. Her career journey has taken her across the country and world including staffing projects on all seven continents and 2 planets. Â
Kimberly is proud graduate of Wilberforce University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management. Kimberly has also earned designations in Six Sigma, SHRM PHR, and PMP Certification.

Originally from Columbus, OH, Kimberly maintains office locations in both California and Ohio.
